Honey Bee

This is an extraordinary, curious, and remarkably industrious little insect, to which mankind are indebted for one of the most palatable and wholesome sweets which nature affords; and which was one of the choice articles with which the promised land was said to abound.

In every hive of bees, there are three kinds; the queen, the drones, and the labourers: of these last, there are by far the greatest number: and as cold weather approaches, they drive from the hives and destroy the drones, that have not laboured in summer, and will not let them eat in winter.

If bees are examined through a glass hive, all appears at first like confusion: but, on a more careful inspection, every animal is found regularly employed. It is very delightful, when the maple and other trees are in bloom, or the clover in the meadows, to be abroad and hear their busy hum.

Playing outside is not just about letting off steam. It is a vital part of childhood that helps children develop physical strength, coordination and balance. It can also provide opportunities for children to learn and develop

Playgrounds give social Skills. When children play with other children they learn to communicate, share, collaborate and empathise with others.

Playgrouds  also give some Imagination and creativities. It is believed that outside play is often open-ended and children need to be creative about what and how games are played.

Besides two reasons above, playgrgouds can romote children’s thinking and problem solving skills. As children assess risks and tackle new challenges, they learn about having ago, persistence and perseverance and the success those attributes can bring.

Taman bermain memberikan Keterampilan sosial. Ketika anak-anak bermain dengan anak-anak lain mereka belajar untuk berkomunikasi, berbagi, berkolaborasi dan berempati dengan orang lain.

Taman bermain juga memberikan beberapa Imajinasi dan kreativitas. Hal ini diyakini bahwa di luar dan bermain secara sering  bisa menyebabkan pikiran terbua dan anak-anak harus kreatif tentang apa dan bagaimana permainan yang dimainkan.

Selain dua alasan di atas, taman bermain dapat mengendalikan pemikiran anak-anak dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Sebagai anak-anak menilai risiko dan mengatasi tantangan baru, mereka belajar tentang memiliki , kegigihan, ketekunan dan keberhasilan.

Breakfast provides many benefits to our health and wellbeing. Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast – that’s where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol!

Breakfast support cognitive function. Breakfast also restores glucose levels, an essential carbohydrate that is needed for the brain to function. Breakfast provides energy, studies have shown how eating breakfast can improve memory and concentration levels and it can also make us happier as it can improve mood and lower stress levels.

Breakfast provides energy needs. People’s energy needs vary depending on activity levels and life stage but typically men require more energy than women. Growing children require a lot of energy, as an example boys aged 7-10 years should consume approximately 1970 kcals per day, and girls aged 7-10 years should consume approximately 1740 kcals
